How are you supposed to make it work?  I have it enabled, I have the correct template setup, when the game ends SC2 gears says replay saved.  I have save all replays checked in game and it does save a copy of the replay in the Sc2gears auto replay folder with the correct name. However I'm looking for it to automatically rename the replay that is saved in the default sc2 replay folder.  Does sc2gears do this?  Do I have to change something in the Sc2 auto replay folder option? (not to be confused with the sc2gears replay auto-save folder:)

Sc2gears can't rename replays in their original folder, only make a copy of them and name that to your liking. Sc2gears can optionally delete the original replay (only does that if auto-saving it is successful).

How do I set it to delete the original save? If I could do that I could accomplish what I'm trying to do.

Also, seeing as sc2gears can easily rename replays in mass is there some reason you didn't give it the ability to auto rename new replays?

Btw, sc2 gears is awesome and thanks for putting in all the hard work to create it.

There is a "Delete auto-saved replays" setting on the Replay auto-save tab of the Misc settings dialog. But you can't set the target folder to the source (or an included folder) because the auto-saved replays (by Sc2gears) will also be detected as new replays... endless loop...

Believe it or not, you are the first to ask this feature. No one mentioned it before and I didn't feel the need of it.

Wow, really? I don't understand that, I intuitively thought that the auto save feature would do it, surely it would be more useful seein as most people browse their replays in game.
