Graphical Errors caused by Windows Desktop Composition

I have a fresh install of Windows 7 x64 and having graphical glitches similar to the ones explained in the FAQ. The only process/service that clears the issue is the DWM (or disabling aero). I'm not sure how to fix this issue or if it only relates to sc2gears and not all Java programs. All drivers, windows updates, Java, and sc2gears are up to date. Any help would be amazing.

I guess it relates to all your Java programs.

One tip: try the 32-bit java (it runs on 64-bit systems too).
