Keel Sump Rebuild

Aloha 27ers,

Currently rebuilding the keel sump (more on that at Fix It Anarchy) and discovered this delam at the forward beam. Seems like if a boat's keel has ever touched the bottom, they probably have this as well. That's my guess.

Has anyone done a repair job in this spot? Is it even worth doing if I'm adding additional transverse floors?
