Pushpit railing search

I'm looking for pushpit railing, preferably the style that has two frames with lifeline between.  Gearing up to satisfy YRA of San Francisco coastal offshore equipment requirements.  Now Surf Rat has 12" tall "U" bars.  My understanding is that lifeline and rail is required all-around, 18" above the deck.

I would appreciate any help to find used or recommendations for a fabricator that has the pattern.
