QA Lead

6+ years of experience in QA in software or web 2+ Years of experience
managing direct reports in QA Excellent people skills, and a passion
for helping team members achieve excel at their jobs and reach their
career goals. Understanding of internet technology desired (HTML, CSS,
JS, etc.) Familiarity working with at least one scripting or
programming language (Python, Selenium, Java, Flash, C++, etc.)

Manual web application testing Testing web apps cross browser and
cross platform Writing test plans and testing guidelines Developing
test team metrics Ensuring highest quality team results Interviewing
and on-boarding new team members Instituting systems for tracking
defects and root causes Experienced with QA process analysis and
optimization

Experience with testing automation
