July All Hands Conservation Team Meeting

Hey Y'all!

Thank you for your patience with us as our summer has been busier than anticipated. I wanted to send out an email today to invite all y'all to the Summer All Hands Meeting which is set for July 24th at 7PM. 

Nate and I were going back and forth on a topic and we finally settled on having this meeting be a good ol' fashioned update and planning session! Most of the groups have had a guest speaker come in to talk at their regular meetings at this point and we felt this time would be best spent as a space for the teams to reconnect and discuss planning for the remainder of the year.

As such, we have a VERY basic slide deck we'll be using to move the conversation forward. Please take a few moments to fill out the bullet points for your team so that we can all have a discussion about how things are going with your team this year. If you are having difficulty accessing the slide deck please let me know. The questions being posed for each group are:

• What is one win your team has had in 2025

• What is one goal to reach before the end of 2025

• Number of actions taken or projects completed

• One easy action you can plug new members into

We also have a slide with general goals that all teams can agree upon, more goals may be added by y'all as we discuss this slide. These are metrics like:

• Increase membership by X

• How are you recruiting for new members?

• Complete Y number of webinars or programs

• Send out Z number of emails or action alerts to those outside your team

Hello All,

I know that Nate reached out to some of y'all the other day to remind you about the upcoming All-Hands meeting on Thursday. We are still missing team updates from 4 teams on the slidedeck so please take a few moments to look it over and ensure that your team has been covered. If you are planning to attend please don't forget to register so we know to expect you. This will be a planning and update session so please come with ideas for ways that the teams can move forward and build strength with each other.
