Greetings Youth Hockey Fans!

Just a quick reminder of our Family Skate today and Fall Youth Season planning. 

## Family Hockey 5-7 Today Tuesday 8/9 ##

We are skating today  - so come on down!

Just a quick, last minute reminder that we have Family Hockey Pickups that are open to all youth ages and parents too. Rule number one here is to have fun. Protective equipment is required. $5 per skater. 

## Fall 2011 Youth Hockey ##

We are planning our upcoming season, this is what we can share so far. As always more details will be sent via this list and posted to the www site at http://www.sbhockey.com/

- Saturday Morning August 27th will be our "Learn to Skate / Intro to Hockey" Clinic and Walk-up Registration. Please RSVP to sbyout...@gmail.com if you are interested in the clinic. This a great way for brand new skaters and hockey players to "break the ice" and get a jump start. 

- Online Registration will open after 8/15/2011 as we are moving to the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) for sanctioning. While the move was driven by USA Hockey exiting Inline Hockey, AAU's program is superior is several areas, which will benefit both players and SBHA. 

- Our Youth Season will start with Player Evaluations during age division specific practices that first two weeks of September. Our season will run into early December.
