A big Thank You! to Joan who did her usual fantastic juggling job to get our 110+ kids the most games possible in the time we have. 

## High School Independent PE ##

As our kids get older (42 players in 15U!) we want them to continue playing into High School. Our HS Team Coaches Colin Thompson and Ivan Girling brought out the best in our kids taking the Championship Cup two years running in the Central Coast High School Hockey League! 

Several parents have expressed interest in Hockey as Independent PE in the High Schools. Joan has investigated, and while there are hurdles to climb, we are trying to make a go of it. The deadline is looming for the coming 2011-2012 school year - like Friday April 29. So if you have any interest at all please contact Joan at joana...@cox.net . Our Monday Night Women's league is always looking for players. They even have a Sunday morning practice time to help you get ramped up. So don't think your only option for organized exercise on skates is that full contact roller derby stuff. Come play a mellow game like hockey!
