Greetings everyone.

Are you a yoga enthusiast?  Or maybe you've wanted to try it but never quite gotten to it.  Either way, join the SB Young Adults for yoga!

St. Mark's Church - 6550 Picasso Rd., Isla Vista, CA

Marisol Murillo leads yoga every Tuesday night at St. Michael's Church in Isla Vista.  (Don't let the names confuse you.  St. Michael's is the Episcopal parish in Isla Vista while St. Mark's is the Catholic parish.  We'll meet in the office at St. Mark's, then walk a couple of blocks to the class at St. Michael's.)

The class is appropriate for people with all levels of experience...from experts to absolute newbies.

Wear comfortable clothes.  If you have a yoga mat, please bring it.  If you don't have a mat, no worries...there will be mats available.
