Ride: Road ride Port Jeff loop

I was considering a mountain bike ride for Friday, but because it's
kinda wet, the trails will probably be icky tomorrow. Also, I'm time
constrained. So I propose a quick loop road ride. Temps should be
about 50 and dry.

Ride will be to Port Jeff, longer if people are feeling up to it;
perhaps Miller Place or the cliff Dr lookout point. We'll ride at a
comfy pace for everyone who shows up. We will be back well before
sunset. Might want to consider bringing an extra layer in case it
cools down later in the ride.

This is a nice friendly ride, not a hammerfest; nobody will be left
behind and we'll regroup if needed at the top of hills.
