Reminder: Important Meeting Today

Dear All,

This is a reminder that we will be holding a very important meeting
today, Friday 14 November, at 3:30 PM in room 247 in the Stony Brook
Union.

As you may know, last week we were officially recognized as a student
organization by the Department of Student Activities. This means we
can now reserve rooms, hold events, apply for funding, advertise in
previously off-limits venues, and more.

Your input is especially important to us as we enter this new phase of
our existence. To that end, we will dedicate today's meeting to
discussing where we stand and where we're going. We welcome your
questions, comments and suggestions.

We are also hoping to host our first speaker soon. We have received
two suggestions from the Center for Inquiry on Campus (http://
www.centerforinquiry.net/oncampus/), one of the national organizations
with whom we are affiliated:
