mailing list test (and question)

Thanks for setting up the stools mailing list. What I have seen on other projects is a couple of different lists to allow people to selectively receive information:

* sbtools-announce: announcement of new releases (sometimes sbtools-users)
* sbtools-discuss: discussion of features, Q&A (probably better to use GH issues)
* sbtools-developers: developer only list, often for commits to master/dev

Is this list one of the above or something different?
