Help needed during sbt installation

Hi Experts

Need help during the SBT installation on my windows system.

I see the following errors in the boot log.

Looks like you're behind a proxy or somehow lack access to this directory: http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/net/java/dev/jna/jna/3.2.3/jna-3.2.3.pom

Sbt requires you hit the internet to download artifacts.  Have you configured it for your proxy settings or are you offline?
