C. Eligibility Criteria:
a. Minimum 60% (First Class) throughout starting from 10th, 12th, Diploma, B.Arch/M.Arch (as applicable)
b. All M.Arch students must have done their B.Arch in their relevant fields only
c. C, C++ or equivalent knowledge of Computer
D. Age Limit:
25 yrs for B.Arch
35 yrs for M.Arch
E. Pay Scale:
a. M.Arch
As per AICTE and Government of Gujarat Norms.
Pay Band: 15600 – 39100 plus AGP Rs. 6000/-
Starting Basic Pay (for Freshers) | Rs 21600/- |
Dearness Allowance: (72 %) | Rs 15552/- |
House Rent Allowance: (10 %) | Rs 2160/- |
Accommodation Allowance: | Rs 2000/- |

G. BOND:
For M.Arch/B.Arch:
One Year Service Bond with 3 months Notice Period
If the candidate does not join after signing the Bond (on Stamp Paper) then he/she will be liable to pay 10000 rs and if he/she leaves the organisation without serving the Notice Period then will be liable to pay 3 months salary.
Selected candidate need to submit an Undated Cheque of an amount equivalent to 3 months salary on the date of joining in lieu of 3 months notice period to be served upon tendering resignation from service. Cheque will not be deposited in bank until the candidate leaves the organisation without serving the notice period.
