Members of this group receive Shelly Bay Rehabs (SBR) swim notifications. SBR is an informal non-competitive group of swimmers who gather weekly for an ocean swim, typically on Saturday mornings. Venue varies depending on wind conditions but defaults to Shelly Bay. Usual distance is 1km to 2kms.
