Senior Ruby Developer

We're looking for a senior Ruby developer with experience building large-codebase, high-traffic sites. You'll be working with a small team so self-sufficiency and the ability to interact with the full-stack is necessary. Daily responsibilities include back-end through front-end feature development, code refactoring, bug fixes, and site/user maintenance. 

Please be intimately familiar with Heroku, Rails, Postgres, Git, HAML/SASS, AJAX, as well as with scalability techniques such as caching, memory management and DB efficiency.
