My startup, www.Proposable.com is looking to hire a full-time rails dev within the next 30 days to join our team in disrupting a large market. We are a small team and we are looking for someone who is extremely strong in rails and who also has experience in the latest javascript frameworks. Our app is used by nearly 1000 companies around the world and we are looking for someone who wants the flexibility of being on a small innovative team and who doesn't want to be tied down to the traditional "office hours" of our counterparts. We need a star dev who will be essential to our product as we enter a new season of growth.
