SBOL3 Java library release - libSBOLj3

Dear all,

I'm pleased to announce the release of the SBOL3 Java library (libSBOLj3). The library implements the 3.1.0 data model and provides programmatic validation of SBOL documents using SBOL-specific validation codes. The online documentation includes information about how to use the library to generate designs together with an examples section. You can also find information about how to use the library in a standalone mode or as a Maven dependency.
