I would also like to remind people about the COMBINE Forum in Heidelberg Germany from July 15th to 19th:

Abstract submission is due May 31st and registration is due June 15th.  We hope to have a good representation from the SBOL community.  In addition to the talks, there will be breakouts where we hope to discuss SBOL 3.
