Dear All,

Hope you have received my email regarding resignation from the team.
As per our conversation regarding my OPD, I would like to do Thursday mornings (9-1pm) and Monday afternoon (2-4pm), in order to cause least interference with your clinics.
I would be doing only Gynaecology in RMH. If any antenatal women come in, I shall redirect them to the team.

I would like to start from the coming Monday and have already informed the management regarding the same.
