In an age when most new developments are initiated and built by developers and bankers, it might seem like putting the cart before the horse to start promoting a new neighborhood before land is acquired and funding is in place. However, true to the development model we have chosen for our project, the first step of creating a timeless place is to start with the people who will live there.
Our goal in publicizing our vision at this point in the process is to build grassroots interest in the project and gain the support of the community. From there, we will gather a core group of committed individuals and families who will serve as a nucleus for the first phase of building.
