Sorry I could not personally contact you due to busy schedule, hence wanted to share some of my thoughts in mail regarding Sponsorship for SBN Voice.
1. I will like to humbly contribute the small amount of 5K per month for easy.
2. Book distribution is the service that I find very close to my heart and I would like to sponsor 5K per month for the BBT book distribution. Now depending on your need you can either sell or use for the various program run by the Voice, like Shrshtha preaching, Encouraging the Top Sadhana score by sponsoring them Chaitanya Caritamrita set/ Srimad Bhagvatam set etc.

This is the service I want to humbly offer to SBN Voice from Nov – 2012 to April – 2013 . Based on your report at the end of 6 month I will like to revise this offering.
I will be most grateful if I can serve SBN voice with both options, option -1 only or option – 2 only . Please let me know your decision about this.

Thank you prabhuji for this good news. We having been trying our best to increase the EASY for NITW to come out of the current negative balance and to become self sufficient. The contribution of HG Sakshi Chandra Chaitanya Pr will be surely very useful in this regard.

Good news: Sakshi Chandr Cahitanya pr (Shivaprasad Pr), yr 2006 passout, allumni of our NITW VOICE, has decided to become regular EASY member for NITW. By Krishna’s grace he is shifted to MRPL Mangalore and staying in VOICE as inmate. When he heard that NITW is in need of Laxmi then immediately agree to give 50, 000 Rs as donation and 5,0000 Rs as monthly EASY contribution. We heartily thank for generous contribustion to propogate youth preaching in NITW. Although he is passout from NITW but his heart is still there in the form of sweet memories, he is very grateful for the kind of spiritual support he received during his stay as VOICE inmates and especially he is thankful for BGP for his guidance. I was fortunate to be their very close friend : Mohan Arora pr and Shivaprasad Pr (Shakshi C C Pr) : during their VOICE stay in year 2005-2006.

By the mercy, prayers and blessings of all vaishnavas, acaryas and Radha Kunjabihari – NITW VOICE is going on nicely and we (Mohan and Shadbhuja Gauranga Das) are fortunate to get an opportunity to serve in this project since the last 1.5 years under the guidance of HG Sadayogi Pr (Project Advisor), HG Sundarshyam Pr and HG Radheshyam Pr.

Currently there are 26 inmate devotees – 22 of them are students and 4 working devotees.
All are Prasadam Takers chanting 16 rounds.
4th year devotees = 7
3rd year devotees = 6
2nd year devotees = 7
M.Tech devotees = 2

In the recent times, we had many wonderful events taking place in NITW VOICE. They are –
1. Visit to Bhadracalam by all the Inmates
2. Devotee empowerment festival in the start of the semester
3. Birthday celebration for inmates.
4. HG Radheshyam P’s visit to NITW for 3.5 days [Camp Conducted at Madikonda along with JNTU Devotees]
5. Preaching program for 12th Standard Boys in ‘Sri Chaitanya’ Campus

As Kshitish Pr explained in the mail, after the M.Tech person(Ankur Bharadwaj) committed Suicide, the college made a rule that all students have to compulsorily stay in hostel and pay Mess Fee due to which all the devotees took rooms in hostel and pay for
the mess. So, the whole load of maintenance come on our NITW VOICE cost center, which is currently a crisis.
Every VOICE has a cost center, which consists of all the EASY Funds given by Alumni. Out of this 70% can be used to run the VOICE. 30% goes to Central VOICE expenses.
Our current EASY Collection is Rs. 28,000 Per month approximately. So, from that NITW VOICE gets 70%, i.e, Rs 19.6K for our expenses. But Net monthly VOICE Expenditure is about Rs. 77.6K. so, every month we are falling short of Rs. 58K. So, every month our Cost center Balance Amount reduces by 58K. By Sep 2012, our cost center Balance is -2 lakhs. And every month this balance goes negative by 58K. Implies – by Oct 2012, our Balance will be -2.58 lakh etc. and central voice is also struggling to meet our expenses.

Even though NITW VOICE started in the year 2003, 6 batches have successfully passed out, STILL NITW EASY COLLECTION PER MONTH IS ONLY 28,000. So, we are humbly requesting all the Alumni devotees of NITW VOICE to consider this crisis seriously and help their Parent VOICE to successfully keep running. Many of the Alumni are hope fully well settled in their professional life by Krishna’s grace and may be in a position to really help NITW VOICE.

So, we kindly request all the NITW VOICE ALUMNI to
1. Help settle the negative balance of NITW Cost Center by bulk donations.
2. Become regular Monthly EASY Members so that the crisis will not continue in the coming months. The EASY has to increase from Rs. 28,000 to Rs. 1.24 lakhs so that we are self sufficient. If all ALUMNI give their contribution, it is possible to reach this target.
3. Try to connect other friends, VOICE Devotees, well-wishers and donors to become EASY members. Some of them may not be interested to become monthly members but would like to give BULK DONATIONS. That is also ok.
This is only a humble request and plea from our side. Consider this and please come forward to help YOUR VOICE.

yesterday HG Shadbhuj Gauranga p was talking to me & tellingabout desparate situation of SBN Voice,I'm keeping him in cc to explain the situation better, i'll just xplain briefly that after the suicide case all students of VOICE have taken room in hostel which is leading to a big financial crisis there, also plz don't feel any push from my side i'm mailing u as both of u are close to me i'm contacting all pass out devotees of warangal, even wel wishers like arnab & prabhat, but if u can do some help in terms of easy or whatever way it'll be nice.
