Please find below a request to submit your opinion about the requirements for an SBML-capable graphical editor. We highly value your contribution and will take it into account for developing a user-friendly interface. Dear all,

as part of a bachelor thesis under the supervision of Dr. Dräger, I desire to develop an end-user friendly graphical editor for the creation and manipulation of systems biology models.

This new editor will be incorporated as an app for the “InSilico” framework (see https://github.com/draeger-lab/insilico/) where it can interact with further plug-ins.

To support the development process we created a short survey concerning user background and possible features, which will help us build a satisfactory product for potential clients.
