PlantReactome SBML model Download

Hello all,

I kept have errors when trying to down the pathway from PlantReactome. For example, the Iron uptake and transport in root vascular system from below link then I clicked the download SBML files.

Then, I always get the error message: {"code":500,"reason":"INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR","url":"http://localhost:8080/ContentService/exporter/sbml/9025727.xml","messages":["Something unexpected happened and the error has been reported."]}

Could someone help to explain why? I need the model to be imported to Copasi to do some simulation.

Hi Felin,

this seems due to an issue in the SBML export on plantreactome.

I would report the issue there, i.e. via https://www.gramene.org/feedback

This seems not to be related to the SBML format, but how the database exports SBML.
