Release Candidate for review: FBC version 3

The SBML editors are happy to announce that a release candidate specification for FBC version 3 is now available for public discussion at:

We welcome all comments on this spec; either reply here or open an issue at

We regret that while we normally try to make release candidates available for two weeks before finalization, we are under a deadline to publish in this year's JIB at the end of next week, so please submit any comments as soon as possible.
