Call for Votes: the Stochastic Differential Equations package

This is a call for votes for whether a package working group should be formed to create a package to allow encoding models that could be simulated with Stochastic Differential Equations:

As https://sbml.org/documents/process/level-3-process/ explains, the question to the community at this point is simply, "Is this subject appropriate for an SBML package?"  The particular contents of that package will be hashed out by the package working group in the upcoming months, if approved.

Votes will be open for two weeks, through November 26th.
