Vava II?

I think this was the Vava II yacht that we saw offshore of SB at sunset Wednesday. I'm curious how they land the helicopter, and whether it's possible at sea. Maybe the deck telescopes toward the stern some to give more clearance from the superstructure, and there are clamps to grab the helicopter skids? I see there's a link on Edhat so I'll read more later when there's time. Feel free to post here or on Edhat if you have more info. :)
