I am currently working on a project that requires live, high-quality video and audio streaming using cellular data. I had explored creating a custom device from scratch, but as someone who is a Biologist and not an electrical engineer, this proved too daunting, and so I settled on using the Unihertz Jelly Star smartphone.
The smartphone would be ready to go, except for one problem: it overheats far too quickly. I talked with the wonderful folks at the hackerspace about this issue, and they said I could try removing the back casing, printing a version of it with an opening right where heat builds up, and then attaching a heatsink there.
So, I am reaching out to ask if anyone would be willing to help me with this process. I would do it myself, but I am having trouble finding the right heatsink, among other things, and can't afford messing up or stumbling blindly through this process. I am more than happy to compensate you for your time and effort, so feel free to reach out at my email here, or just message me at

Best,
