Need Help with Solar Device Design

I am looking into joining the Hackerspace in Santa Barbara. I am a founder of a solar panel cleaning startup. We created a proof of concept that uses the wind to clean solar panels. 

We have beta users but it's just me and my other co-founder and we need more ideas on how to improve the device.

Is this the right place to look for help?
