Nick and I are about to move to an about 1500sq ft 3 bedroom / 2 bath near the Mission and are looking for a 3rd roommate who is tech minded/a maker that pays rent on time and is easy to get along with.
Your rent would be $900 a month and utilities are included except internet. You'll share a bathroom with Nick in our spacious home.
