Workbook
Dear Sir,
I am Saji Ravindran
working as Chief Manager with SBT. My official mail id is
and mobile
number is . I created the workbook. Basically, modified the one which was
created by me during last Bi-partite Settlement. The macros given in the
workbook automates calculation within the workbook and is therefore safe to
use.
An Excel Workbook (as ZIP file) is
attached to quickly calculate the arrears of officers.
1. The workbook will work best in Microsoft Excel
(not tested in Lotus Symphony)
2. Macros needs to be enabled for the calculation
to work properly.
3. A sample data is given within the worksheet to
guide the user. The existing input may be overwritten/deleted as the case may
be.
4. Loss of Pay days due to officers' strike are
already in the sample input and may be retained.
5. Inputting should not take more than 10 minutes
if Old salary details are known
6. A "Help" sheet also given for people
finding it difficult to use.
Please circulate for the benefit of the officers
curious to know their arrears amount.
With best regards,
Saji Ravindran
