Dear All,
Please go through the attached image. Same can be applicable in our case of Pension scheme and as you all aware the High court's decision can be implemented in our bank also.
If you all want proceed further I can also arrange for certified copy of the judgment. By the way I am happy with NPS.

What about the contribution prior to aug 2012, has it been credited to NPS?
