[Sbcl-help] Installer Source Code

Does anyone know where the MS Windows and MacOS installer source code is and who maintains it?  For example the MSI is here: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/sbcl/sbcl-2.3.2-x86-64-windows-binary.msi but the source for the installer isn't in the source tree anywhere.

I'd like to update the version, and package it in an application distribution.
