Non-profit after school program seeks motivated professional to manage
office.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in administrative support,
accounting, payroll or human resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail high level of accuracy.
• Be self-motivated and energetic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication
skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and follow through.
• Must be a team player.
• Experience in education and non-profit sector is a plus!
• Bilingual is a plus!
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Answer Phone
• Check answering machine – distribute messages
Mail
• Distribute and send mail
• Keep supply of stamps
• Update our suite # with vendors
Copy
• Make and distribute copies
Keep office clean
• ‘Kitchen’, supplies cabinet, water plants
Supplies
• Order and maintain office and school site supplies
File
• Make sure all files are up to date and in order
Support ED
• Scheduling meetings
• Managing calendars
• Pay bills
• Special projects
Manage Volunteers
• Develop schedule
• Find speakers
• Career Days
•Location: Dowtown Los Angeles
•Compensation: $13-16 per hour, benefits included after probation
