YOUTH SERVICES OFFICE ASSISTANT - A830 1 part time El Monte
Assist with all County and Goodwill paperwork regarding WIA Youth
program and Youth Opportunity center. Monitor the resource library
including computer back, phone bank, and job board and resource
materials. One year clerical & youth experience. High School Diploma
or GED. Advanced knowledge in Windows, Word, Excel & Email.
CES WAREHOUSE PERSON – SECURE SHREDDING - A899 1 full time LA
CES WAREHOUSE PERSON – COMPUTER RECYCLING - A900 1 full time LA
Shift flexibility, overtime when needed. Keep product moving to and
from workstation in all areas of production. Operate forklift and
assumes responsibility for all forklift duties. Move materials from
different areas of the building to work stations. Keep work carts or
workstations supplied with material. Maintain production counts of
clients. Assists in shipping and receiving. Palletizes and breaks down
pallets. Loads and unloads trucks. May require some travel.
ASSISTANT DISPATCHER - A884 1 full time LA
Assist Dispatcher in maintaining an efficient day-to-day Logistics
operation by supporting the CES department in scheduling pick up/
delivery for all CES customer/vendor using department route software
system. Monitor traffic conditions and let drivers know the fastest
route to take using companywide Teletrac system. Keep in frequent
communication with Drivers and Helper out on route to ensure quality
services is provided to our customers. Provide Logistics absentee
coverage if necessary. One year dispatch experience. Basic knowledge
of computer programs in a Windows environment, Word, Excel and E-mail.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance.
CES CUSTOMER SERVICE & COLLECTION CLERK - A893 1 full time LA
Provide customer service by answering phone calls and responding to e-
mails in a professional manner. Ensure customer requests are forwarded
to the appropriate person. Support Accounts Receivable efforts by
contacting customers to expedite payments. Assist customers in
resolving any and all issues in a timely manner. Ensure accurate data
entry into the department’s databases. Assist with inside sales by
providing pricing and set up agreement for purge customers. Make
collection calls to customers or vendors with past-due payments.
Ensure collection notes are updated in Financial Edge. Make cold calls
to various companies for corporate e-waste donations. One year of
customer service and/or general office experience. Valid driver's
license, auto insurance. This position may require some travel.
ASSISTANT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - A859 1 full time LA
Assist driver to load and unload all Secure Shredding containers.
Provide great Customer Service to all Secure Shredding accounts.
Assist driver when backing up or driving through alley ways or awkward
entrances. Constantly lift, push and pull awkward materials up to 75
lbs. Valid CA driver’s license, proof of insurance and clean DMV.

SUBSTITUTE INSTRUCTORS
On-call, as needed. Monday – Thursday, from 7:45am – 9:45pm. $22.38/
hr. $25.50/hr.; Long Term Sub. Assume responsibility for class
operation during instructor’s absence and follow directions left by
regular instructor. Perform the primary role of a leader of learning
as assigned. Provide group and individual instruction utilizing the
most effective teaching strategies. Manage classroom in such a manner
as to ensure an environment conducive to learning. Complete and
deliver written records and reports as required. Establish and
maintain effective communication and cooperation with others. Ability
to relate to high school age students and adults. Must have a
Designated Subjects Vocational Education Teaching Credential,
Designated Subjects Career Technical Education (DS CTE) Teaching
credential, or be eligible to obtain a Designated Subjects Career
Technical Education Teaching Credential in the appropriate subject
matter area (minimum of three years of full-time recent work
experience and or a combination of recent work experience and
education) and possess a current license/certificate, as applicable,
in the State of California. Application process and guidance to obtain
a Designated Subjects Career Technical Education Teaching Credential
provided for a qualified eligible applicant not holding an appropriate
credential.
