CAD DRAFTER/ TECHNICAL SPECIALIST
City of Industry. Experience creating a drawing set. Create AutoCAD
layouts for homes and businesses by interpreting and piecing together
multiple sources of information. Create and format drawing sets used
for permitting and installation. Communicate with building departments
to determine requirements. Communicate with engineers in order to
complete designs. Conduct site surveys and take measurements to
produce accurate details of roof-tops. Prepare production calculations
for pre-contract projects. Provide preliminary drawings for pre-
contract sales support. One year of intense AutoCAD usage in an
applicable and relevant full-time position. Bachelor's Degree in
Architecture or a related discipline preferred; Associates Degree with
several years of experience will be considered. Familiarity with
dimensioning, scaling, and typical CAD standards. Organized and able
to multi-task and meet deadlines. Works well in a fast paced work
environment. Create a complete drawing sets. Work independently and
can take make good decisions based on given information. Solar design
experience.
