As everyone probably knows, today was a very, very windy day. All day I was hoping the wind would die down. Unfortunately it really didn't. We had the ride anyway but decided to change it up a bit.
I sort of improvised and Neil looked things up on his GPS and we rode 17 miles altogether. It was really not as bad as I was thinking. We rode on a lot of residential streets so that the houses and trees would block the wind. It must have worked because I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't dying while riding due to the wind. It started to die down a bit too towards the end of the ride. Thanks to Larry, Ray M and Neil for putting up with my improvising.
