Temperatures may still be unseasonably warm this Saturday (upper 40's).
Join me for a ride from Elgin heading north on the Fox River Trail/Prairie
Trail. I plan to ride at least as far as Algonquin (20 miles round trip)
and perhaps all the way to Crystal Lake (30 miles round trip) depending on
the weather. All paved, mostly flat. Casual ride, no one left behind.
Your option to turn around sooner depending on your available time and
energy since you can't get lost on the way back. (Turn around in Dundee for
10 miles, or in Crystal Lake for 20 miles.) You can also start with us from
the Dundee Depot at about 10:30 AM, giving 20 miles to the gazebo and back.
Forecast currently says good chance of rain so watch for updates.
After the ride visit the dinosaur exhibit at the Elgin library.
