Join us for a SUNNY wind protected ride with the temp in the 60’s!
One our most beautiful rides down the Fox to the Virgil Gilman trail thru the tall woods to Waubonsee College.
We start the 24 mile ride at the Prisco Center in Aurora on Illinois. 150 W. Illinois where it intersects with RT 31.
Around 40 minutes from Schaumburg. Come early so we can leave at 9:30. Restrooms at the Prisco Center and nearby the Waubonsee turn around point. It is all paved except for about an 1/8 mile of well compacted
Limestone near the college. A good ride to bring guests! Of course helmets are required due to insurance requirements. Refreshments and water available at Prisco and the turn around points.
Please let me know if you are coming! Moderate speed 10-12 mph, no one left behind. If you know the route, feel free to run ahead.
