Feb 22 Meeting

Hi everyone,

Ahead of our February 22 meeting, please note the following  needs:

1. Please submit your RSVP now, if you have not already done so.

2. Water and soda are still needed, if you are looking for a dish to bring.

3. Does anyone know the current location of the basket containing silverware and napkins?

The tentative agenda for the meeting is as follows:

- Opening: Greetings and quorum verification.

- Recognition: Honoring the winter party volunteer team.

- Secretary Duties: Requesting a volunteer to record the minutes for this meeting, as the Secretary position is currently vacant.

- Finance Report

- Ride Coordinator’s Report: Discussion regarding 2025 ride leaders and the potential re-establishment of weekly mid-day rides at Busse Woods.

- Membership Report

- Elections: Nominations and voting for the Secretary position. If no one is elected, we will need to seek a volunteer to record minutes for our March board meeting (date TBD).

- Path Cleaning: Seeking a volunteer to coordinate the first 2026 path cleaning day around April 24.

- 2026 Summer Bike Trip: Discussion regarding the 2026 trip and forming a planning committee.
