It was a perfect day for a bike ride. I rode around the Paul
Douglas Trail and the streets of Hoffman Estates. A total of 20 miles. I only encountered one spot on the Paul Douglas Trail that still had snow and ice. Since I waited until 2:00 PM to start riding the wind was a bit of a challenge. My first outdoor ride of 2026 and my average speed was very slow. Glad I rode alone so I didn’t hold anyone back. Joan
