Thanks to Joan, Donna, and Patty for organizing our Holiday Party. There was plenty of good food and conversation!!
The party started with club business. President Ray M. reviewed information and business that needed to be addressed.
Chris reported both current and last year’s membership numbers. Unfortunately, I don’t have the numbers for that, or the number of attendees.
Neil provided a brief report of income and expenses. He had sent a detailed email prior to the party. Our largest expense is insurance, followed by the PO Box fee.
There were discussions about increasing our membership and retaining our present members. Neil also volunteered to keep mileage stats.
Tony discussed the possibility of club rides in New Buffalo and the Michigan City area. This might be sometime in June or July.
Larry volunteered to organize the cleanup of the bike path along Wise Road.
Denise Beaderstat won Split-the-Pot.
