Job profile:-
Education: - Any Degree/Diploma.
* Should be responsible for system administration, installation, configuration & trouble shooting of Desktop and Laptop.
* Knowledge of Hardware basics.
* Knowledge of Windows Server and Client OS
* Installing and troubleshooting software's
* Knowledge on Active Directory.
* Configuration of mail outlook & lotus notes
* Should have knowledge of Security Antivirus, patch management & incident reporting

Job Level Specific Duties
* Diagnoses and troubleshoots Level 1 problems encountered with personal computer hardware, software and peripherals.
* Configures and installs personal computing hardware and peripherals.
* Provides software installation, updates and questions, including individual training and troubleshooting.
* Manages inventory of personal computing devices in the asset database for their support area.
* Performs limited repairs to hardware, including hard drive, power supply and motherboard replacements, as well as addressing other simple, miscellaneous issues.
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Skills
* Ability to develop business relationships and communicate effectively with the user community.
* Basic troubleshooting skills.
* Basic understanding of the fundamentals of network, server, and desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, and equipment.
* Applies basic knowledge of processes and resources required to perform analytical and technical tasks on PC systems.
* Applies basic understanding of customer service techniques as required to address PC problems.
