The details of the walk in drive are as follows:

Plastic	Key Responsibilities & Tasks Mission: • He assures the Plastic Injection moulding process for bumper dies, Injection moulding facility installation, development and the industrialization of Plastic Molds (Bumper) by respecting the technical standards. • He supports the projects from Digital phase to SOP. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparing the New Model mile stone activity. 2. Injection Molding Die buy-off, Die quality checking. 3. Die Receiving & initial injection trial taking. 4. Vehicle structure & fit & finish Confirmation. 5. Few Facility activity Follow up. 6. Purchase activity follow up 7. To prepare and modify the technical files of RFQ to suit the respective plant requirements. 8. Follow/ obey the Nissan standards for the part. 9. Ensuring the part  from T0 – VC lot 10. Follow & Validate the New model part. 11. Supplier support & improvement activity related to plastic. Key Tasks: • New Model & facility master schedule preparation. • Die receiving, initial trial, injection process confirmation & takeout robot confirmation. • Taking in New mold Trials and making Countermeasures • Making the N-PES and PPCM Reports • Contribute in validating the sample parts, process & Fitment. • Die handover to production for mass production • Supplier support in plastic Engineering Key Skills Professional skills : • Strong Knowledge of Plastic Material & Plastics molds. • Strong Knowledge on Injection Molding process & injection molding machine. • Knowledge on manufacturing process/techniques of Plastic molds & Dies • Knowledge of mold maintenance, correction and countermeasures • Knowledge of New mold Trials and implementation • Knowledge in special purpose machine commissioning. Desirable skills : • Working knowledge in MS-office package (MS-word, MS-Excel and power point) • Good presentation & communication Skill Managing & Relational Skills: • Project Planning • Supplier Support activities - Plastic Engineering  • Cross Functional Management qualities: listening, understanding, explaining and convincing. Qualifications, Experience and Competency requirements Preferred Education • B.E / B.Tech Any Stream [2 to 3 Years Exp] Or • Diploma(Any) or  CIPET or NTTF or GTTC [4 To 6 Years Exp] Preferred Experience Essential: • Experience  In Injection Molding Process is Essential / Knowledge of Plastic molds/New Product/Part /  Desirable: • Injection Molding Process Setting & Trouble Shooting Experience • Mold Maintenance Knowledge  • Worked In Part  Development Phase [Either Physical or Digital] Language Requirements • English, / Tamil is mandatory

Ensuring the design data for tooling and production requirements 4. Coordinator for designing and development of  Plastic Bumper molds 5. Tool Progress status follow up & Tool Maker management 6. To prepare and modify the technical files of RFQ to suit the respective plant requirements. 7. Follow/ obey the Renault standards for the part. 8. Contributes to the technical solution in mold design , developments & DFO (Design changes) 9. Ensuring the part  from T0 – VC lot & Making Reports 10. Follow & Validate the New model part. Key Tasks: • Check the styling and design Data and providing the Feedback and proposals • Ensuring the design Catia data for production requirements • Ensuring the design data through CAE Analysis • Providing the Technical solution in mold design and developments. • Supporting  in New mold Trials and making Countermeasures • Making the Mile stone / PPCM Reports • Contribute in validating the sample parts, process & Fitment. • Supplier support in plastic Engineering Key Skills Professional skills : • Strong Knowledge on Plastics  Injection Molding / Mold Development process • Knowledge on manufacturing process/techniques of Plastic molds & Dies • Knowledge of mold design changes , correction and countermeasures • Knowledge of New mold Trials and implementation Working •  Knowledge of Auto CAD & Catia. • Knowledge on mold cost reductions techniques Desirable skills : • Knowledge of the Designing and Developing of plastic molds • Knowledge of the process of development of a vehicle. • Knowledge of validation tests performed on plastics. • Working Knowledge of Auto CAD, I-Deas, Space vision. • Working knowledge in MS-office package (MS-word, MS-Excel and power point) • Good presentation skill in expressing his ideas and innovations Specific skills required for the job : • Simultaneous Engineering in Designing and developing of Plastic parts Managing & Relational Skills: • Project Planning • Supplier Support activities - Plastic Engineering  • Cross Functional Management qualities: listening, understanding, explaining and convincing.
