Have one leader come in front of the group. Put something on his/her arm to represent leprosy - such as baby powder - but make it something that washes off quickly. Have a bucket of water that the person can dip their hand/arm into. Here is an example:
Brian comes up and I put baby powder on his arm as I explain what leprosy is. I ask them about the Bible story they heard today. As I'm asking questions, I dip his arm in the bucket of water seven times. The kids just see me dipping his arm. They don't know that I'm not actually getting water on the baby powder, but I WILL be putting water on his hand, so that it drips when he pulls it out, giving the illusion that I did in fact dip his arm. On the seventh and final dip, I will quickly swipe the powder off with water while his arm is in the bucket. It will come out clean this time!
It will take a larger bucket, like a paint bucket or something deep enough to put his forearm in.
The key is to keep talking the whole time, so they don't focus so much on his arm that they realize what I'm doing. My hand has to guide his arm down into the water each time, so that they do not see me do something different on the 7th time.
Does that make sense??

On that note who is getting the oatmeal and who has a bucket?
