Per request of REC center, we need to fill out the attached roster form, otherwise we will lose our reserved practice courts. Please finish the form and replay to me. For the signature, you can send me a photo of yours (using any phone or camera), and I will integrate all the info into a single form and send to REC center.

Hi everyone,

Hope you enjoyed your Summer! I'm really excited for this year!

For those of you who do not know me, my name is Rose Faber. I am the Graduate Assistant for Club Sports. If you have any questions about club sports, feel free to e-mail me or visit me during my office hours: Mondays-Fridays 8:30am-4:30pm).

I would love to meet with all of you and get to know you, so please stop by and introduce yourself/e-board to me.
