Thanks for everyone you have attended the meeting on 13
October 2012 and special thanks to people who have traveled from other cities/town.
We had the highest
attendance this time, 37 owners & tenants attended the meeting.
Below items were discussed and decision have been
made to implement/ follow the same.
1. Secretary
for the Apartment: Selva replaced Bhavesh
2. Apartment
Fund : 12000/- PA agreed by all the owners which needs to
be paid in 4 Qtrs
first qtr starts from : OCT/ NOV/ DEC = 3000/-
needs to be paid before
10th of NOV
2nd Qtr : JAN/ FEB/MAR = 3000/- before 10th JAN
3rd Qtr : APR/MAY/JUN = 3000/- before 10th
APR
4th Qtr : JUL/AUG/SEP = 3000/- before 10th
JUL
This amount needs to be paid in Checks or can be
done by Fund Transfer
on SBB Springs fields owners Association will be
providing the
necessary details.
Account number will be sent to you shortly.
This Amount will be used for AMC's for lifts /
Generators / Gym /
development activities and Emergency Ex : Water
tankers
3. Late
payment fees structure for Maintenance
1st to 10th = No late fees
checks needs to be dated on 7th Max
10th to 15th = 100 Per day
15th to 30th= 200 per day
So people who are planning to travel needs to give
PDC management
will not be responsible if you forgot to do and late
fees will be
charged for delay.
4. Agency for
Apartment:
It was agreed that we will go with Agency to
manage the Apartment so
we will be having 2 security / housekeeping and
Manager to manage the
Apartment management will not be involved
directly in the day to day
activities
Status : we are discussing with couple of Agencies
will let you know
the cost and how much amount will be increased in
the Maintenance (
if required)
Rules and Regulation:
1.Irrespective of house vacant or not needs to pay
the maintenance.
2. Pets are not allowed in lifts and on Terrace
3.Cloths should not be dried in Common Areas
Terrace can be used for the same
4.Terrace doors will be closed at 10:30 and will
be opened at 5:00 AM
5.To reduce power bill we will use only 4 lights
in Cellar 2 in front
and 2 in back side requested to use provision for
the lights which is
available outside of your apartment
6. We will be having a restriction on usage of lifts
timings will be
decided and let you know but as a exceptions for
senior citizens lift
will be operated when required
7.Before Any Tenant joins into the Apartment needs
to produce the
Tenant details to the management like letter from
Employer / address
proof for his native place
8.No PG’s or for any commercial usage will be
allowed if found will
be launched Police complaint and Management will
proceed legally.
9. Register will be maintained in the security
office if any one has
any issues please make note in register and
management will look into
that twice weekly.
10. If any urgent issues they can approach directly
to their owners and
management.

Hi,
I dont think we discussed and agreed on restriction on lift usage. Please reconsider this as it would cause unnecessary inconvenience to many residents and would only end up doing more harm than good.
