SBB Spring Fields: New Maintenance Structure from October 2012

Hi All, 

PFA a notice having details of new Maintenance Structure starting October 2012. In brief find below the details: 

1.      Base Maintenance: INR 1000/- (For flats with size less than 1000SFT)

2.      If SFT above 1000 is 481, which will be: INR 481/- (rounded up to 500/-) total will be INR 1500/-

3.      Similarly, Total for flat size 1121 SFT will be 1000/- + 121/- (rounded up to nearest 50/-) = INR 1150/-

4.      Similarly for any other size greater than 1000SFT, round up the figure to nearest 50/- or 100/- and make the payments accordingly.
