Hey Adam,All, Great news about your progress,you're a true hero in my eyes!! Keep up the good work.!!
The bad news to report is we have another rider down..Jim Reed ,who rides to work every day he can ,hit a pothole around the Torrance Blvd. & Arlington area ,and went over bars onto his right hip!!! Fractured it like a broken 2x4 in his words.This happened Fri. Morn. They operated last night ,he is now the proud owner of a pin and screws in his hip.So much pain he couldn't move himself out out of the street...He and Dave L. Will stories to swap. He is at Torrance M. I don't have a room # possible release Sat. Sun. Keep him your thoughts!!!

Give him our best wishes for speedy recovery, and if this is any encouragement, I was back on the bike five weeks after a total hip replacement necessitated by avascular necrosis.
