New Waste Diversion Survey

Hello, Green Team Members!

I hope things are going well with your teams. I just wanted to send
out a document that I made for mine. Obviously, it is tough to get
people to participate. Therefore, at the suggestion of one of my team
members, I made up a small, easy to answer survey. Part of it is to test
their recycling knowledge and the other part asks them to rank
priorities so you can see what your teams want to focus on!

I hope you find this useful!

I'm just going to print out hard copies and put them in their boxes to
fill out. If I can help coordinate, just let me know! (if you want them
turned in to you -- you will want to change the beginning instructions)
